Kayıt olunan programın toplam ücreti [ALTTAKİ KUTUYA YAZILACAK] olup,bu ücretin %10'nu geri iadesiz, ön kayıt ücreti olarak Tarabya İngiliz Okulları Tic. A.Ş. hesabına ödenecektir.

English:

Although it’s been stated in Private Educational Schools Act number 5580 from 8.7.2007, as reference to Article 13 of and appeared on 20.03.2012 in the Official Journal concerning clause 56 of the same Private Educational Schools Act that “for those students that leave school before the School Year starts, School is to refund %10 of the tuition fee and for students that leave school after School Year starts, School is to refund a proportion of the %10 by calculating number of days student attended school”, our institution accepts only a limited number of students and also for the reason of its international contractual obligations, a portion of our fees must be paid to other institutions abroad and therefore, no refunds can be made by our School if the student is to leave school after the School year starts. If the student withdrawal takes place before the School Year starts the school will refund the fees mınus 20% of said fees. These conditions are explained to parents (contracting party) in details in the contract signed between school and parents. By signing this contract, the parent (contracting party) clearly understands the details of the contract and accepts to walve any refunds.

After fully completed registration process, all students must obey the school regulations. There will be no refund for students who commits disciplinary crime, exceeds nonattendance limit and discharged from school.

Eğitim yılı başladıktan sonra her ne kadar 08.07.2007 tarih ve 5580 sayılı özel öğretim kurumları kanun’nun  13.Maddesi yollaması ile 20.03.2012 tarihli resmi gazete’de yer alan milli eğitim bakanlığı özel öğretim kurumları yönetmeliği’nin 56. Maddesinde  "öğretim yılı başlamadan ayrılanlara ücretlerin %10 kesinti yapılarak; öğretim yılı başladıktan sonra ayrılanlara ise yıllık ücretin %10'u ile öğrenim gördüğü günlere göre hesaplanan miktarın dışındaki kısmı iade edilir’’ denilmekte ise de kurumumuzun sınırlı sayıda öğrenci alması ve uluslararası sözleşmeler gereği her öğrenci için belirli bir miktar yurtdışındaki kurumlara ödeme yapılması nedeniyle öğretim yılının başlamasından itibaren okuldan ayrılınması halinde ücret iadesi yapılmaz. Öğretim yılının başlamasından önce ayrılınması halinde ise yukarıdaki basedilen bedellerle birlikte %20 kesinti yapılarak bakiye miktar iade edilir. Bu şartlar öğrenci velisine (sözleşme tarafına) açıça anlatılmıştır. Öğrenci velisi (sözleşme tarafı) bu durumu açıkça anlamış ve aide hakkından feragat etmiştir.

Kayıt işlemleri tamamlanan tüm öğrenciler,okul kurallarına uymakla zorunludurlar. Disiplin suçu işleyen,devamsızlık hakkını dolduran ve okul ile ilişiği kesilen öğrenciler için dondurma ve para iadesi yapılmayacaktır.
